WHAT IS DIAMOND CERTIFICATION?

Diamond Certification is a document that describes the diamond’s in all 4C parameters. These reports are issued by the grading agencies with high reputations in the United States and Europe: 
Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
American Gemological Society (AGS)
European Gemological Laboratory (EGL)
International Gemological Institute (IGI)

The most respected  in the diamond industry, among all other organizations is Gemmological Institute of America (GIA)   

Because of GIA’s high reputation, proven consistency and history, the majority of our diamonds, have been analyzed and graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
Diamonds that are accompanied by GIA reports are the most highly valued and respected, they are incredibly consistent and provide the greatest peace of mind when purchasing any diamond.
GIA reports evaluate diamonds on a variety of qualities and elements, including:

    • Diamond’s evaluation date
    • Measurements (in millimeters)
    • Cutting style and diamond shape
    • Carat weight
    • Table %
    • Depth %
    • Culet size
    • Symmetry
    • Proportion diagram
    • Polish grade
    • Girdle thickness
    • Cut grade (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Poor)

Professional Jewelry Appraisals

A jewelry appraisal is a jewelry quality identification report, written by a professional appraiser gemologist, stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item.  The appraisal includes the cut, color, clarity, and either carat weight for diamonds or millimeter dimensions for precious and semiprecious gemstones, gold, platinum purity, jewelry weight etc...

All our Diamond engagement rings, diamond, gemstone and pearl jewelry $1,000 and over, will come with a free gemological appraisal, issued by a master gemologist. This signed and certified report can be provided to your insurance company to verify the replacement value of your diamond or fine jewelry.
